                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION 
                   AND THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO ENTER INTO 
                   AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FIRST TENNESSEE BANK 
                   PROVIDING FOR THE USAGE OF VISA CREDIT CARDS 
                   BY CUSTOMERS AT THE BRAINERD GOLF COURSE AND 
                   BROWN ACRES GOLF COURSE.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation and the City Finance Officer be and are 
       hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with the First 
       Tennessee Bank providing for the usage of VISA credit cards by 
       customers at the Brainerd Golf Course and Brown Acres Golf Course.
